Getting a place ready for photos can be a daunting task for the homeowners and you, the agent. Moving dog beds, kid’s toy kitchen sets, and oversized furniture while photographing a place is not ideal for us. But we get that some situations can’t be what they are, and you have to roll with it. But we will do our best to work with you and your clients. We’ve created a simple prep guide that can be of use to you and your clients so you can confidently get the home ready for the photographer before he or she steps foot on the property. “When will I get these photos?”

Photos are delivered within 24-48hrs.

This is one of the most asked questions we often get from clients. We understand that the best answer to that question would be today! But we prefer ensuring everything is perfect before sending them to you. So we are asking for your patience. All photos are delivered between 24-48hrs. We tend to deliver images by 11 pm the following day, and if we can not make that deadline, then the image files will be sent on that second day before 8 pm. The 24-48HRS delivery time also refers to floor plans, virtual tours, and drone images. We do offer next-day rush delivery for photos. Please note there is a fee for rush orders. The only service that takes longer than two days is real estate videography work. The editing for video work is intensive, so time is essential for a good video. Video work takes up to 3 days to complete, and please take into account any edits you may have after viewing the first export, which may extend the final video delivery time.

“Do you have any extra photos of the Kitchen?”

You may need additional images.

You may not have realized that the house we will be photographing may have some unique rooms or features you may want to capture from different angles. Well, that may mean additional photos for your listing may be required. Simply mention this to us ahead of time, either via email, text, or on-site, before leaving the property. We will always ask you onsite if we notice that the listing may require more images than the amount initially selected based on the SQFT. Please do understand an additional fee will be added to your final invoice for the additional photos. 

“Hey, do I have full rights to these images?”

When you booked this appointment, you agreed to our Terms and Conditions. A 2017 survey found that about 91 percent of people do not read the terms and conditions they are consenting to. We all are guilty of this unless you are a lawyer, I guess. So, we decided to add a link to the terms and conditions here, and you can review it at any point in time. Keep in mind that our Terms and Conditions document is one of those documents that will be updated as time progresses. We make sure to state the revision numbers and the date of the revision. As we mentioned before, making your life less stressful when dealing with us is one of our top priorities. We have tried our best to give you complete control when it comes to managing your bookings. When you booked your appointment, you should have received two emails, one regarding additional information. The second email is a confirmation regarding your booking and all the details of the booking. The email pertaining to your booking information has some embedded features that give you the ability to reschedule or cancel your appointments. Please search your inbox for “A LOUIS JEAN MEDIA..” Our most recent automated emails should come up.

“What’s the Support email for if I have your email?”

Our support email is another way we are trying to make things easier for you and us. As Real Estate Photographers, we aren’t always in front of our computers editing. For about 85% percent of the day, we are on-site, traveling from location to location, and our phones are usually on silent to be respectful to our clients on-site. Photographers can’t answer emails received throughout the day until they are back in their offices in the evening. So, we created a support email that our admin handles. You can send all your urgent emails, questions about pricing, or specific scheduling requests to our support email.
